-The group’s charge and introduction of the co-chairs
-Zoom attendees to introduce themselves
-Explanation/description of the sub-committees and responsibilities; indicate chairs and vacancies
-Immediate projects the town is sponsoring with initial funding

Logo – stationery, posters, social media (use of town hall address for mailing/checks)
-Immediate projects the town may/may not fund; seeking private options
Corporate sponsorships – go-fund-me pages
Urgent need for fund-raising (projected costs TBD – parade; community picnic/events; Eagle plaque, cannon for Miller Hill)
Urgent need to book acts, vendors, bands, fireworks purveyors, reenactors, artisans
Merchandising opportunities
-Importance of Miller Hill to cause of American independence
-Action point: Everyone is to seek out donor(s) and contributor(s) – have at least one for the next meeting,
-Next meeting – zoom/in-person – monthly for now; mid-month Thursdays: May 16, June 13, July 18.
